Noah fanart

My fanart of Noah, from Craig Thompson's newest graphic novel Habibi. Noah fishes in the trash everyday, but he doesn't mind and is happy to do so! :)

Stop Lemonade Stand Shutdowns!

I decided to try something a little different, thanks that I got photoshop now!

In different parts of the U.S., lemonade stands run by kids are shut down by police because they claim they are a health safety risk or that they need a permit to sell lemonade since it's a small business. Even though most of the lemonade seems to have been bought from the store and normally kids would not add anything harmful to the lemonade.

To me it's just higher ups being on power trips and wanting to stop kids from making just a little money for themselves or someone else. They want to ruin the kids fun over petty things such as a lemonade stand instead of focusing on real problems.

Here's videos that show lemonade stands being shut down.

Blindness

I haven't put up any artwork lately so I decided to put up another comic based on false preaching.

Blindness is my comic on sickness and how some pastors will try to make you feel guilty that you got it and it's your own fault or someone elses. That somehow it's your fault for getting sick, getting a disability or for not getting healed. Or that Satan is behind all diseases. Maybe some like what he gave to Job (God gave permission), but not to everyone, like Paul had when he had his thorn in the flesh (2 Corinthians 12:7) and said God gave that to him to keep him under control. Some sickness does come from sin (1 Corinthains 11:29-30) but not every single kind of sickness.

Some of these pastors even go as far as to say taking medicine shows you have a lack of faith in God's healing.

Basically, these kinds of pastors say the most insensitive things one can say about someone going through sicknesses and disabilities.

Fred Price: "What makes you think the Holy Spirit wants to live inside of a physical body where the limbs and organs and the cells do not funtion right?"

Well theres the famous Australian Christian Nick Vujiicic who's born without limbs and yet God is using him to travel around the world to inspire people that they can do anything.

Those pastors who believe all sicknesses are your fault are blind!
